Spyder Rental is a new avenue to discover one of the world’s most recognizable and credible ski apparel brands. 
Renting allows you to enjoy your skiing experience while benefiting from Spyder's quality, technology and expertise. Wear your equipment on the slopes, put it to the test, discover it and adopt it. 
Whether it is only for a couple of days or more, we offer the flexibility with a tailored service  to your need. Order your Spyder outfit and get it delivered to your door or European destination of choice. 
Spyder Rental is simple, efficient and as reliable as our gear. 



In which countries is the Spyder rental service available?

The Spyder rental service is currently available in 7 countries: France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Spain and Italy.

Do you clean the products between rentals?

Yes, of course. Hygiene is an important part of our rental service. All items are inspected, washed, cleaned in an ozone chamber and repaired (if necessary).

You can rent an item for as long as you want, from a minimum of 2 days.

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time until the order has been processed by contacting us here. Once the order is in process, no changes can be made.

Please note that it will take a few days for the refund, which would be made on the same payment method as your order, to appear on your account.

Is it possible to extend my rental period after receiving my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend the period of your rental once it has been received. The item you have rented may have been booked in the meantime by another customer right after you. We apologize for this.

Can I use my Spyder account for Spyder Rental?

Your Spyder Rental account is for rental only, if you already have a Spyder account (on eu.spyder.com) you will need to create a new one on rent.spyder.com here.

Shipping is free for all orders over 99€.
You can choose between a standard home delivery or a standard delivery in a relay point. 

Can I change my delivery address and/or rental date?

As long as the order has not been processed by our teams, there is the possibility to make the modification. Contact Customer Service directly here.

If you order for delivery in France, delivery will cost you 6.99€ in a relay point and 9.99€ at your home, for other countries a home delivery will cost you 12.99€.

Standard deliveries take between 1 and 2 days once the order has left our warehouse. 
You will receive your rental order 2 days before your selected date, to allow for preparation time before departure.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact Customer Service (here) and we will contact the carrier directly to request a prompt delivery of your order. If the carrier cannot deliver on time, you will receive a full refund.

First, use the packaging you received. It is designed to be sturdy and reusable. 
Secondly, use the return label that has already been provided to you. 
You can drop off your return package at a carrier's drop-off point indicated on the return label provided. Your proof of delivery must be stamped when you drop off your package. You are responsible for the shipment as the sender.  

NOTE: You must return your package from the country of delivery, it is not possible to return from another country. Returns from a country other than the country where the order was delivered will not be handled by us.

How long do I have to return my rental products?

You have 2 days after your scheduled return date to return your products for free.

What happens if I don't return my products?

You will receive an email reminder to return your products on the last day of your rental period. If you are unable to return them within the time limit, for whatever reason, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible (here). If you keep your products without purchasing them from your personal account, you will be automatically charged for the items.

How far in advance should I reserve my products?

It's up to you. In all cases, you will receive your rental order 1 to 2 days before your selected travel date, to allow for the preparation time before your departure. Please allow 6 working days for the preparation and delivery of your order. So remember to rent your products at least one week in advance.

I have lost the return label, what should I do?

If this is your wish, please contact us here.

You do not need to clean the products to return them. We sort, inspect, repair and clean all products after they are returned. 
You can of course clean your items during the rental period if necessary. Please read the washing instructions for each item carefully.

I have damaged one or more items during my rental period.

Accidents happen. Has the product been stained, damaged or punctured? Damage insurance is included in the price so that you are not charged extra. Do not try to remove stubborn stains or repair a hole. Once the items are returned, our experts will take care of it. If the item has been significantly damaged, contact Customer Service here and we will find a solution.
